Here we go… It’s already one year since we took off for the down under again. After a short holiday in Perth, just to remember us how much we love it and we want to call it home in the near future, we arrived in Darwin the tropical australian city in the Top End.
Well, Darwin you either love it for many things especially during the dry season or hate it for the build-up, but thanks God the A/C has been inventented :). To sum up, apart for COVID pandemic which made and is making our life tough, as Chief Minister says “We are the safest place in the country, we are the safest place in the world and we’ll keep territorians safe.”, and I can 100% saying that Darwin has been the right choice so far. So, our targets have been almost met:
- beautiful job in a beautiful place with beautiful people to work with… thanks Pee Wee’s at the Point
- I’ve lost 10 kilos…. thanks a lot Pee Wee’s 🙂
- no more sharing house
- new car, not brand new but I love it
- living in a peaceful place
It’s just missing one piece to make our life better… it’s call it VISA GRANT and we wish to celebrate soon. We applied 5 and half months ago and the outcome should have come after 3 months, f***ing COVID is screwing up everything let me say, but every cloud has a silver lining.
